"Rachael was so kind and helpful sending me a copy of my insurance card through email. It wasn’t working the traditional way they do it; so she took time out of her busy day and stayed on the phone with me while she did it a different way, to ensure that I did receive it. She also took the time to look over my policy and make sure I was getting every benefit I could out of it. She was very polite, professional, and friendly and I really appreciated all the time she took to go the extra mile. I switched to State Farm from progressive about 6 months ago and I am so happy I did! "Both Estefani and Joslynn were very helpful. When Estefani was not able to answer my questions she said she'd get back to me in by the next day. When she became sick and had to leave work early she made sure all of my concerns were passed on to Jocelyn. Joslynn got back with me in the time that Estefani said she would and was able to answer all of my questions. Joslynn was very patient and explained in great detail the information I needed. The service that I get with it every time I pick up the phone or stop by the office is unparalleled to what I have experienced before compared to the years with the previous insurance company. "My wife and I have been with State Farm for years—and with this particular office for the past three. Over that time, our premium steadily increased: $180, then $220, then $248. We didn’t complain. But this month, we received notice that our premium would jump to $300/month—despite having zero accidents, zero claims, and zero tickets. The real issue isn’t just the increase—it's how this office treats its customers. Every time I’ve called to ask why our rates went up or to explore ways to lower them, I get the same dismissive response: “This is how it is with all insurance companies. I can reduce your coverage if you’d like.” No effort to help. No loyalty in return for ours. We’ve also received multiple bills with unexplained $40 charges. When I’ve called to ask about them, I’ve been told a notice was sent. Yet, none of the agents can ever find or explain that notice. This office operates like customers don’t have other options—raising rates without reason or explanation and hoping people won’t go through the trouble of switching. Take a day or two to shop around. We did—and we’re now saving $200/month for the exact same coverage. Do yourself a favor and don’t settle. UPDATE: Response to the owner Let me be clear—no one from your office has ever reached out or “offered to schedule an appointment.” Every single conversation I’ve had with your team was initiated by me. Not once has anyone offered to proactively discuss anything. There is clearly a serious issue with communication and organization in your office. Documents can’t be found, emails go missing, and during my most recent call, your staff couldn’t even locate my record. Let’s not pretend otherwise. Own the experience your customers are actually having and maybe you won't lose willing customers."
